Somerset Hills Bank and its affiliates ("the Bank", "We", "Our", "Us") are committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy regarding the collection and use of our online banking customers' personal information, as well as that of all of visitors to our website. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information bout you to such third parties to assist us in servicing your loan or deposit account with us; to government entities in response to subpoenas; and to credit bureaus. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to any third party, except as permitted by law.

If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

Affiliate Marketing Policy

Somerset Hills Bank and its affiliates acknowledge their customers' expectations that their financial and personal information is private. The Bank also acknowledges the legal restrictions on the use of customer information obtained from our affiliates. It is our policy to not use information obtained from our affiliates about their customer(s) for marketing solicitations and to only share information with our affiliates when we have obtained assurances from them that the information will not be used for marketing solicitations.
