Small Business Checking
Our Small Business Checking Account is designed to give you a basic business checking account, with no minimum balance requirement and generous transaction limitations. You will incur no monthly maintenance fee; furthermore, transactions within the following ranges are at no additional charge:
| Checks Written | up to 40 per month |
| Deposits Made | up to 25 per month |
| Items Deposited | up to 200 per month |
If your transaction activity exceeds the above limits, the following per item charges apply to the excess activity:
| Per Check Written | $0.20 per check in excess of 40 |
| Deposits Made | $0.35 per deposit in excess of 25 |
| Items Deposited | $0.17 per item in excess of 200 |
Business Checking
Our Business Checking Account has no minimum balance requirement and may be free of service charges depending upon your account balance and activity. During the month, the following charges accumulate based on the account's activity:
| Monthly Maintenance Charge | $10.00 |
| Per Check Written | $0.20 per check |
| Per Deposit | $0.35 per deposit slip |
| Per Item Deposited | $0.17 per item |
These charges are then offset by an earnings credit that is derived by applying the regular NOW account rate plus 1% to the average collected balance in the account less the Federal Reserve requirement. Any charges in excess of the earnings credit are charged to the account on a monthly basis.
